It's that time again, Wendesday, Wednesday, Wednesday!!! So, what have I accomplished this week?? Let's check it out....
This weeks weight loss: 2.7 lbs
Total weight loss: 5.0 lbs
YAYYYYY, 5 pounds in 2 weeks! I can handle that :) I've been doing my best at eating well and still enjoying a few treats here or there. My new found love is the DIET Cherry Limeade at Sonic, 1/2 point for ANY size....LOVE IT!!! Now I just need to get back to the gym...and back to the days where I would work out 6 days a week...including 4 spin classes a week! I'm getting there! Be back for an update next week :)
