I am nothing if not thorough

The weekend of June 12th my good friends,Beth and Justin, got married!! I had the pleasure of putting together (with Beth's assistance) the slideshow for their wedding. It was a blast putting all their old (and new) pictures together, deciding on music and working my magic in Windows Movie Maker (best program ever) to make an AMAZING slideshow :) It was quite a crowd pleaser...

But, I thought I would share with you how I prepared for the big night of the rehearsal dinner where it would be "unveiled".....

All the cords, including an extra extension cord (just in case they didn't have one)...

Speakers so we can hear the fun music :)

DVD copies of the slideshow for the bride & groom and their parents!

It was a fabulous night (and weekend) and I'm so happy I could help and celebrate with them!!! Congrats and Best Wishes, Mr. & Mrs. Lassiter :)

I HAVE to find these shoes!!! Luckily, I'm heading to VA Beach this weekend where they have SEVERAL Off Broadway stores, and I will be checking all of them until I find these beauties....

Where did my life go?!?!?!

This semester of school is killin' me! On Thursdays I sit through 10 hours of class...and I think i'm still trying to recover from that. I'm taking my Nursing 101 (which consists of 9 hours of class/clinical) then the second half of Anatomy and, my crazy class, Microbiology! Quite the load when they all require extensive amounts of time out of class to prepare....

I don't want to wish my summer away, but I cannot wait until these classes are over!!!!

On a happier note, we had a small Bachelorette gathering for my friend Beth last night and it was a great time!!! Can't believe their wedding is 1 week from today - it will be a blast!

And, check out this little nugget...I think when I get stressed this semester I'll just look at this picture!!!! This is my friends Grace and Jason's baby, Bryce (i've posted about him before)....and I LOVE this picture!!!!
