I HAVE to find these shoes!!! Luckily, I'm heading to VA Beach this weekend where they have SEVERAL Off Broadway stores, and I will be checking all of them until I find these beauties....

Where did my life go?!?!?!

This semester of school is killin' me! On Thursdays I sit through 10 hours of class...and I think i'm still trying to recover from that. I'm taking my Nursing 101 (which consists of 9 hours of class/clinical) then the second half of Anatomy and, my crazy class, Microbiology! Quite the load when they all require extensive amounts of time out of class to prepare....

I don't want to wish my summer away, but I cannot wait until these classes are over!!!!

On a happier note, we had a small Bachelorette gathering for my friend Beth last night and it was a great time!!! Can't believe their wedding is 1 week from today - it will be a blast!

And, check out this little nugget...I think when I get stressed this semester I'll just look at this picture!!!! This is my friends Grace and Jason's baby, Bryce (i've posted about him before)....and I LOVE this picture!!!!

Real Housewives of NYC

I just got around to watching last weeks Real Housewives of NYC today....and all I have to say is how much I despise Kelly! I think she is C-R-A-Z-Y!!!!!!! I love Bethenny, I think she is just hilarious and so matter-of-fact, but when Kelly starts talking I just want to slap her. I think she is so ridiculousy oblivious to the rest of the world and apparently doesn't even remember what she says sometimes.... Drama, Drama!

Need a Towel??

This weekend was my friend Beth's Bridal Shower. She is marrying one of my favorite guy friends from high school :) We had a great time celebrating their upcoming nuptials! I just wanted to share the gift that I gave her (now that she has it!)....I made a cake out of the towels that she had registered for. Luckily she had registered for the cutest yellow polka dot towels...so it came out extra cute! A little ribbon and some hydrangea and voila, the perfect gift (in my opinion)!

Can't wait for the wedding next month...it's sure to be a blast!!!

So, one of my favorite things is a FABULOUS Cherry Limeade from Sonic!

It's heavenly, trust me!!! They just built a new Sonic about 30 seconds from my house....and this is dangerous! Though, luckily my most favorite thing there is just a drink....not TOO many calories :)

Nursing 101, here I come

I sucessfully passed Nursing 100, yay!!! Today was our final exam and after being (continuously) sick and not having a great opportunity to study...I'm happy to say that I passed it and the class! Not that I was worried... So, I get a short break and then it's onto NUR 101! I hope every semester flys by as quickly as this one has!

Meet my new co-worker

For the next 7 weeks, I'll be spending every Monday and Wednesday with this little guy! Little Bryce (who was featured in earlier posts) is 2 months old now and sadly his mommy had to go back to work! Luckily, my school schedule is perfect so that I can help her out by staying with him a couple days a week so he can be in the comfort of his own home! Our first day is coming to a close and I'm sure Grace is counting down the minutes until she gets to come home to her baby....but for now, Bryce and I are hanging out and watching some One Tree Hill :) He seems to be enjoying it! Back to work :)

Work it out...

So, after seeing many many many pictures of myself that caused me to cringe, I FINALLY rejoined the gym. In the past year, I seem to have done nothing but gain weight. So, now it's finally time to do something about it. My plan is to hit the gym 6 days a week like I used to do....once upon a time! Hopefully I will get my butt back in shape quickly. Here's Hoping!!!!

1 down, 6 to go (well, almost)...

The end of my first semester of nursing school is QUICKLY approaching. Yesterday was our last lecture, today our last clinical and all I have left is my final exam. It's crazy how fast it has flown by. I hope the next 6 semesters go by just as fast! My grades are looking excellent...which definitely makes me a happy girl! So, think of me as I get through the next week studying for my final!

As for the rest of this week, I'm going to enjoy the next 2 days...no classes, no responsibilities!!! Love it!
